In cima a un pregevole palazzo liberty di Milano, edificio vincolato, viene recuperato un sottotetto. A questo scopo, vengono inserite due cappuccine con decorazioni frontali in graniglia di cemento eseguite su stampo di quelle originali sottostanti come richiesto dalla Sovrintendenza. I nuovi abbaini sono costruiti con struttura metallica e strati di isolamento e rivestimento in rame (esternamente) e in gesso rivestito (internamente). Si ottiene un mini-appartamento mansardato, confortevole che ricorda lo charme delle “chambres de bonnes” parigine.
